Regular Hatha/Sivananda yoga courses (Kriya philosophy inspired) start November2010 every Monday to Friday from 8am to 9.30am until April 2011.
Focusing on breathing, flowing stretches, deep relaxation, yoga nidra, visualisation, readings and classic yoga postures are practiced in a most gentle approach and with individual corrections.
Every "buddy" is welcome to the classes. The level of tuition is adjusted to the experience of the students.
